    I have used them a few times but will never be using them again going forward. They were able to take payments yesterday (the regular due date) and then I received a text this morning telling me my payment failed. It had not and there was more than sufficient funds in my account. When I tried to pay it, it told me the account info was wrong (it was not) and there was a $5 'late fee' on a $5.30 payment. I'm still not sure what was late or why they weren't able to take the money for this mysterious third payment or why they had the impression the account info was wrong when it worked *** *** ***** ******** ***** *****. The website is confusing *** * ******* **** **** **** ****** ****** ***** ** ****** ********** **** **** *** Very frustrating.

    If you have to report a problem with a purchase or request a refund it will not end in your favor.
    I placed an order, never received it, so I reported it to Klarna and requested a refund.
    Klarna denied my request and won’t share the proof of delivery with me.
    I do not appreciate being called a **** by Klarna. I have used klarna many times to make purchases. This is the first time I’ve ever had to report an issue to them.

    **** ** *** **** They will take your money then if you want to send something back they will issue a refund you'll never get.. then they will give you some ARN number that is fake. They can't cancel a refund or reissue one, refund policy is garbage *** * ******** ******* ** *** *** ******

    They charge your account over and over again and put money on holds even when you have not purchased anything. WORST customer service. They repeat the same lines to you every time word for word. I truly do not understand how they could put money from my account on hold when I did not purchase anything.

    ** *** *** **** ******** I used them for a purchase with ******* but canceled the order so there was never a charge. Klarna kept charging me, I was disputing it with them but nobody there helps, they say contact *******, which says contact Klarna. So instead of helping me they sent it to a collection agency. I have confirmation of the canceled order that says no charge. Now I have a hit in my credit so had to pay money for something never received. ***** **** ****** ***** *** ** *** *******
