       I ordered **** **** ***** a 12 pack of non alcoholic beer from a brand called ************ that was listed on the LCBO website as containing 0.01% alcohol and still is: ******************************************************************************************* * In fact, this beer contains 0.5% alcohol. LCBO is refusing to take back the cans and refund me. **** *** ****** ***** ** *** ****** ****** trying to "get out of it" by stating that it does not say 0.5% alcohol on the can and so they are in the clear.

      And then they are asking me to go back to **** ***s. But it is not **** ***s' mistake. They delivered to me the right product (as listed on the LCBO website) and they delivered this product that I asked for correctly, on time and undamaged. The problem is that the product is falsely described on the lcbo website as containing 0.01% alcohol when it actually contains 0.5% alcohol. So not **** ***s mistake, it is LCBO's fault.

      I ask that the LCBO send someone ***** *** *** **** *** ** **** ***** to come and pick up the eleven cans (I drank a few sips of one can and realized right away that it contained alcohol and poured the rest down the drain) and refund me the full amount 40$.

      * **** ***** ************** ******* ****** *** **** ******** **** ***** ******* I have received confirmation from the brewer that the beer in fact contains 0.5% alcohol and now when I forward this information to the LCBO they are simply ignoring me, responding **** *** ****** * ***** ****** **** **** ***** *** *** *** **** ******** attitude of the LCBO with regards to the actual alcohol content of the products that they sell is ***** *** dangerous. ****** ****** **** ** ***** **********
