      I had appointments in January for laser scar removal at this location. However, I was given a skin lighting cream to use in conjunction with my treatments and was not told for safety concerns I needed to stop three days prior to my appointment. I ended up going to my appointment but was told that I needed to move the appointment to a different day since I had just used a lightening skin cream that morning. I was told to email the director to reinstate my appointment. In January he emailed me back and reinstated my appointment. I never actually missed my appointment and had I known or anyone told me to stop the cream three days prior, I would’ve done so. But he ended up reinstating it and I then went to the appointment he reinstated.

      That happened in January and fast forward we are now in April. As time passed I really wasn’t satisfied with the service provided so I decided to leave a review a week ago. After my review the owner unprofessionally revoked my last treatment session coming up in May. This was a complete separate appointment with a different laser which I paid for separately from the one he reinstated. I have already paid in full and he has not provided me a refund. He decided to cancel my last upcoming appointment out of spite due to my bad review and is trying to link it to the missed appointment that he already reinstated in January (almost 5 months ago). The way the owner handles issues at this company demonstrates a lack of professionalism and extreme immaturity. In response to any criticism, he decides to just cancel your appointments ***********. Him canceling my final laser appointment out of nowhere is ***** and ******** my money.

      On November 28, 2024, I went in for a cometic injectable treatment (botulinum toxin) at the Bellair Laser Clinic. After two days, I noticed the procedure was wrongly done. *** ****** *** ******** *** ******* *** ********** *** ******** ** ***** * **** ******** **** ******* *********. When I tried to raised my concerns and file a complaint, the staff at the front desk said there is nothing they can do as per the clinic's policy. I asked for the manager and they told me that they were the managers.
      After pressing them to provide me with a contact name, they deliberately provide me with wrong email of ***** ***** After looking online I was able to find his email and reached out to express my frustration, This is what the CEO of Bellair responded: "Please be advised that I am the CEO of Bellair and as such, it falls upon me to reply to your email.
      First, neither Dr. **** nor Dr. ***** can assist you with this matter. They only deal with matters that pertain to clients they themselves inject.
      Your request for a refund is not something I will grant. Once a product is injected and a treatment is performed, as per our consent form and receipt of purchase, refunds are not provided.
      Finally, be sure to think twice before you come back into the clinic and make a scene and become disruptive to other patients because I will surely and personally escort you out and not in the kindest way. Displaying *********** behavior which my staff documented and is seen on camera is not something that I will tolerate".
      I was never disruptive. He ******* me to try to ********** me and stop asserting my rights as a consumer. The clinic lacks of a proper channel for complaints or resolutions. I didn’t receive an apology or any suggestions on how to rectify the issue."
      The owners of the clinic are: Dr. **** and Dr. *****. They have two clinics, one located in Yorkville and the other located at Yonge and Eglington.
      I finally went to and paid another clinic to fix the issue.

      seems like they change the numbers somehow in a way so you can still justify the 115$ in their own way to get the money and not give the service. I PAID IN FULL.
      the credit they put is because of the change they put on the account.
      there was no way they would ever give me a treatment without me paying in full.
      the balance is because of the change they made on my account without me signing. the change was turning the isolaze to chemical peel. i only will pay if they agree to stick to their promise. otherwise you still owe me 2 isolaze as i have already paid in full.
      i was told your accounting person will be back end of the day Friday and they still gave you wrong information before that person is back.
      i was also told they are muslim and they never would ***** money from people like that. but the more information they give you the more they are supporting their made up case. this is really sad and disappointing for a clinic that is supposed to be reputable.

      Hey *****,
      The account was not charged an exchange fee since you didn't exchange the package.
      However, in June 2020 when you purchased the treatments for $689.31, you only paid for partial treatment of $574.25.
      The balance of $115.06 still needs to be paid for the rest of the treatments to be done.

      Hope this clears up the confusion.

      Had to cancel appointments (always with notice/or due to unforeseen illness). When asked to reschedule they held my already paid for credits towards services ******* until I agreed to leave a positive review on ******. This is ******** and witholding already paid for business

      - Transaction occurred April 2016 and June 2021
      - Total amount paid is 2662.28
      - I purchased a service which I did not receive. Specifically, I purchased laser hair removal packages but Bellair laser clinic did not provide the full service as advertised.
      - The treatment was not delivered as advertised.
      - I have contacted several managers to seek resolution and have escalated my concern up to the director of Bellair laser clinic, however my concerns are dismissed. Bellair Laser Clinic stopped responding to me through both email and phone call.
      - Overall, it feels like false advertising as what is advertised on their website is the not the services being delivered on site. Specifically, the service I had purchased was not delivered. I would like a refund at this point.

      I had a poor customer experience at Bellair Laser Clinic (***** ****** ********) and have been told by the CEO Oscar A. that I cannot email him anymore despite lack of resolution. I paid for laser hair removal packages for my upper lip, underarm, and brazilian. These were touch up packages as the areas have been treated previously. I have responded well to laser hair removal previously at the Bellair Laser Clinic ********* location.

      There was no initial patient assessment at the first visit to confirm that the purchased packages/sessions were appropriate. I found the results ineffective of the laser machine and mentioned this at each follow up visit. One manager told me that the upper lip hair is too thin to get results from treatment, yet nobody suggested this early on so that I would not have paid for treatments expected to give me no results. The technicians also are not consistent so each technician would treat a different overall perimeter for each area. This led to pain and risk of burning as high settings were used in later sessions on areas that were not treated previously.

      I have no interest in going back to the clinic. I would like a 50% refund due to the poor quality treatment leading to ineffectiveness. Mr. A. has cut off contact with me to find a resolution so I would appreciate your assistance.

      I originally just wanted them to finish the job. They have been holding onto my money for years.

      Hello, I went to the Bellair Laser Clinic on Feb. 27th, 2023. I spoke with the salesperson on the phone, Elizabeth. She recommended a treatment. I told her I have a budget of $3000. She said that would not be a problem. She asked for a deposit of $1000. On the date of the appointment I asked Elizabeth for the total cost including the deposit. She filled out an invoice of $4792. I agreed to the increase. I confirmed with her that this was the absolute total and she said "Yes". I asked how long the appointment would be. She said 2 hours. She said my invoice would be in a bag. I asked the technician if the two hours was over. I could not see.The technician said "This is a 4 hour appointment." Elizabeth **** about the amount of time the treatment would take in order to convince me to increase the amount of payment. When the technician told me this I asked to stop the appointment. She said she could but that I would not be compensated for time not used. * *** ***** ***** ***** **** ** **** * **** ****** ** ** ***** When I got home, I looked for the receipt Elizabeth had said
      she placed in my bag but it was not there. I then checked my credit card statement online and I could see the the deposit was charged separately from the $4792 so I ended up paying $1000 more than I was told I was agreeing to. I have contacted the clinic and spoke the owner, Omar. Neither will acknowledge any of my concerns. My credit card company has said that without a receipt there is not much they can do. I have asked for a receipt from Elizabeth and Omar but they have not provided one and have not addressed any of my concerns.
