            JUNE 28,2021 $48.48 OWED 10% AS ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE FOR OUTDOOR SCRAP REMOVAL https://www.ridofittoronto.com/ Payment ID : **** I charged for full service of scrap removal when 10% should have been discounted for outdoor scrap removal, which the service was in fact outdoor only. As per the payment receipt there is no deduction of 10%. I have had no response from both emails and a chat inquiry I sent. I am being completely ignored. The payment receipt indicates my sisters name, ************* who made the initial call to the company but I paid for the service on my credit card. The payment receipt should say *************.

            I did not have a good experience with this company. I never received the 10% discount off the outdoor junk removal only and when I contacted them 3 times I never heard back from them. Only BEFORE they got my payment they called promptly and then was ignored by them with my request for 10% as advertised on the website. A one sided company only interested in taking your money.
