    BuyBack seems to be a ****; I sent four pieces of Gold to MENE. I received the money as a credit and not to ****** as expected. When I complained, I was told this is because I used discounts on my original order. Eventually, they gave me back 40% in ****** and the other 60% as a store credit.
    From $1400, I had used about $150 in total discounts across 4 orders over a period of several years. I do not mind not receiving the discounts back, however I was not told this during the buyback initiation, and MENE withheld 60% of my refund as a gift card credit.
    I was not told in advanced that discounts/credits applied to order would not be possible. I also am unable to receive back my Gold. * **** ******* I could have easily gotten much more $ at any bullion dealer

    ****** ******* *** ********* ** *** ******* MENE ******* ***** ******* **** **** *** ***** *** ****** **** * *** ***** merchandise not 24kt. letter of authenticity missing. 15% to redeem on unknown gold value, payment options limited, Important documentation missing etc . I could write a 1000 word description of company ********* means. ****** ***** **** *** ******* * *****

    I have purchased about $5,000 worth of merchandise from Mene over the last couple of years. My last order of a bracelet and 6 charms, to go with the bracelet, ranged from $200-$350 so roughly around $1500 dollars. I get the package from ***** and the only item that came in the box was the bracelet, I contacted Mene's so called "costumer service" I explained the situation, told them that the package looked like it had been tempered with and proceeded to send pictures, after a few email exchanges they concluded that since I signed off on the package its my fault and they will not be replacing the missing items nor will they be returning my money! ***! Not explanation of what kind of investigation was conducted, ***! They're just horrible! * ***** **** **** **** ***** ** * ****** Needless to say, will never buy from them again.

    Our Terms of Service **********************************) under 'Shipping' states the following:
    If you are not able to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, additional attempts will be made. We are not able to hold your order at a *** or ***** depot for customer pickup, or redirect your order to another shipping address while in transit.
    Requests for hold for customer pickup will result in your order being returned to us.
    Because the customer picked up their order at a ***** Ship Center, our shipping insurance was voided, and as such we were unable to recover funds via an insurance claim to pay for any loss. Therefore, we could not replace the missing items.
    A thorough investigation was conducted at our distribution center and it was confirmed via security footage that all items were properly packaged in accordance with our standard operating procedure. ***** conducted a separate investigation of its shipping procedure and confirmed that the package was not tampered with during the shipping process. ***** attempted to deliver the shipment to the customer multiple times.

    Ordered two wedding bands, and one was not sized appropriately or true to our normal size. Once the larger size was back in stock, they recommended that I purchased the other one even before they received the one I sent back so that we can ensure we have the right size and that they would refund the other one once they received it. It was received from Mene over a week ago and we were told we would receive a refund in 7 to 10 days. Since we have still not received a refund I reached out and was told that they have not processed a refund and would escalate it to make sure it was. I do not carry balances on my ******** ******* card but because they failed to process the refund we may end up paying 20+ percent interest now on one of these rings. I emailed back and asked why it was not processed and didn’t hear back so I called several times and finally got through to someone. I was then told they were waiting on an essay of the condition of the ring and that are not able to process the refund until then. This ring was never worn and them holding our money is unacceptable. All you would have to do is look at it and see it’s never been worn. That does remind me though, both rings were inside of one velvet bag together and in one box. Not even individually packaged inside of the shipping box. So they were both banging against each other and shipping which I thought was disappointing considering it was about $3000 for two bands. There doesn’t need to be some type of an essay, or excuse to keep her money. The rings are beautiful but the experience has not been with the exchange. This is unacceptable and paying an additional 20+ percent in interest is not OK
