I have a lifetime subscription to the weekly ********** ******** which stopped coming at the beginning of July. Multiple attempts to contact the company by telephone and email have been futile.Initial Complaint

I have been a customer of this company for many years and have regularly subscribed for two of their publications* ***** ****** *** ********** ********* I renewed my ***** ****** subscription in February 2023 without a problem. In May 2023 my ********** ******** subscription was due for renewal and I sent authorisation by return mail that this should be completed. MPL Communications charged my credit card the required cost of $353.85 on May 16th. However they have not continued to email me the weekly issue of this publication. There has been no reply to several emails that I have sent about this problem and I have notified the company that I would be taking this case to the Better Business Bureau. Numerous phone calls have not resulted in any personal contact and messages have had no response. For your consideration and advice, ** ********* *****
