              Had a MVA with this company and had to wait over a month to get any kind of payment from them. In regards to my car that was written off, they told me i had to go 50/50 because they cannot determine from the police report who was at fault. Why cant they recreate the scene and see who is at probably cause for the accident. This lady failed to indicate a lane change, came over and stopped dead with her rear wheel out in the road. I would like for the insurance company to investigate as per the rules and have a proper determination of what happened and fairly and legally do their job. This company is the worst company that i have ever had to do business with. They know the accident happened and yet they still went in and took insurance payment knowing there is no car on the policy. What is the reason for taking payments and when we have a claim no one wants to pay?
