              We have been with ********** insurance through Brokerlink in Midland Ontario. A tree was hit by lightning and fell across our fence and about a quarter acre of our yard and pool. After over 4 months, they paid for the tree removal but the adjuster emailed to say they would get revised prices in spring for the rest of the damage. However, a few weeks later, they cancelled us with no explanation and a few days before Christmas, which forces us to pay more since their delay has made this an “open claim.” I have suggested they keep us until the fence and pool are repaired so it is no longer an open claim - I have emailed this suggestion to the office in midland and to a manager several times with no response. I have been in their office 4 times, and there has never been the same staff there as the previous time.

              Bonnie C. sold me a falsely quote vehicle insurance policy - $650 for the whole year. Two weeks later she said it was $1560. When I cancelled it two weeks later due to the false quote she provided she charged me $300 for TWO WEEKS of insurance. * **** ***** * ********** ****** *** ********* ** **** ** *** *** **** **********

              Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We reviewed the issues shared by the customer and have made multiple attempts to contact the customer. Currently, we have not been able to connect with the customer to discuss further.
