    * *** ******* ** SQUEAKY Clean for a renovation cleaning job. Squeaky clean did not fulfil their list of cleaning tasks. Items such as window and patio door tracks, baseboards were not done at all. None of the kitchen appliances were cleaned. It's no wonder that a supposedly 6 hour job was sloppily finished finished in 3 hours. And, they were were quick in debit $1016 from my credit card.
    I sent SQUEAKY clean photos of their sloppy and incomplete work. Someone from their office called to say their manager will call me with regards to my complaint. To date I have not heard from any Squeaky clean manager, in particular Laura who was hard selling me on their service. * **** **** ******** *** ****** *** ****** ****** ** ****** ********

    I had a scheduled monthly cleaning appointment to clean my son’s small apartment (my son is in disability and is not able to clean it himself)
    The service was provided for 4 months by the same cleaner until the appointment 4 weeks ago when a different cleaner showed up and refused to do the job because it was “too messy”. After trying to get the appointment rescheduled I was told management was working on it and would get back to me. It has been a month since they charged my credit card, no call backs despite my numerous texts asking for a refund for the service they did not provide.

    **** ******** ** * ****. I got charged for a 10hrs service and the staff were only there for 4 hrs. $589 was charged to my **** without a call , without an invoice . I had to call and follow up with this. Given the run around especially with Jane , the so called manager *** ** * **** saying she will call me back by end of day to resolve this. To date, no call. *************** ***** ** **** *** ***************
