    Our old AC gave up functioning on a hot summer day. We were shopping around and talking with two other companies. We called Convertible and were delighted with the owner, who answered our questions thoroughly and then put us in touch with their sales representative. He visited us, explained the options available and helped us decide on the best choice for our situation. He gave us a competitive quote and scheduled the installation for the next day. We had the team at our house the following morning. They were very professional and efficient. They did an impeccable job installing our new AC, furnace, and humidifier. They also removed the old equipment and left our house clean and comfortable. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and we were delighted with the entire process and the result. This was our second time dealing with Convertible. They also replaced our water tank last year and did a great job with it. We highly recommend Convertible to anyone who needs these services.

    I bought a Heat Pump over a year ago and never worked properly, it blasts hot air and never stops or cold air. I have called numerous times and the technician can not find the problem. One year and after spending 3500 dollars I have a heat pump that does not work.
