    I made a purchase on line early March and have still not received my order and have not been issued a refund. I have attempted to contact them several times with no success.

    I placed an order online on January 29, 2025. On January 30th, I received and email stating the items order were unavailable and they would continue to keep the order processing for another 7 days and update me on February 7th. I received the same email on February 7th. I replied back and requested to cancel my order and receive a refund.
    I have not received a response or a refund. I have emailed the company several times from my email and from their website requesting a refund and have not heard anything back. I am looking for a refund.

    On August 31, 2024, I placed an order through the Manage My Store online grocery store for 36 cans of ***** *******, and I paid $145.21 (including tax) for the order.

    The business informed me that they currently had no inventory available, meanwhile assured me they would do their best to fulfill the order by September 11. They also assured to ask if I wanted to proceed with the order if they were unable to fulfill it by September 11th, 2024. On September 11, they still could not process my order. I contacted their customer support via email several times to request a full refund, but I have never received any response.

    Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the business has completely ignored my refund request and made no effort to fix the problem. The refund request is ignored.

    I placed an order on June 20 with manage my groceries**** They are not responding to any of my emails. My credit card has been charged and I have not received my order because they told me that that particular item was not in stock. That was the only time they confirmed my order I have since sent multiple emails asking them to just cancel the order since the item is not available and they are not responding to me anymore.

    I purchased 12 bottles of wine from this online company on April 4th. I was very surprised they were advertising the wine in stock, as I have not been able to find it anywhere in Ontario or Quebec for over 1 year.

    They informed me on April 16th:

    “Our distribution department was informed by our merchant partner that the item you ordered is currently out of stock and they cannot provide us with a restock date at this time. Due to this we must regrettably cancel your order.

    We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and have processed a full refund of your purchase amount. Your refund will arrive back in your account within 5 to 10 business days but please feel free to reply to this email if you have any other questions”

    It has now been 13 business days and I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted the company by email five times with no response.

    I just want my refund.
