    Venngage's customer service is by far the worst I have ever received. I have been going through billing and account issues for over a year now. I have two accounts with this company and have not been able to cancel ever since January 2022.The only way you can contact customer service is through endless hamster wheel tactic emails that lead you back to explaining everything over and over again.

    I reached out to the company in December when my account was being charged as a business account, which I never agreed to. I was unable to get into contact with anyone via chat or email. I requested to cancel my account because I no longer needed their services, but I'd like to keep the work that I had completed on their site. You talk to someone who can help, then they say that they can help, then nothing is done, and then rinse and repeat. I have been asking to cancel my account and receive a refund for over a year and Venngage has continually denied support.

    After 3 unresolved billing problems connected to this very same issue, a years worth of unwanted bills, and countless email complaints with no avail; I feel very abused as a customer. I need a complete refund for all months charged after January 2022. I need 11 total $49.99 payments taken off, as well as one extra month charge of $ 29.99 for the month of December 2021, when I was charged for both the business and the premium account. I am also requesting that I be refunded any extra fees. After dealing with this issue numerous times, I am astounded that I am still being charged $49.99 per month for almost an entire year and no one in this company cares to help me.
