    ****** ************ ** * ********* ******* **** ***** ** ***** ********** ** ******* ******* *** ***** *** ** ***** ****** ******** **** ****** *** **** ******* **** In our experience, they set up an online ordering platform, linked it to our ****** business listing, and started taking orders without our permission. We explicitly told them when they gave us a "courtesy call" that we did NOT want them to add their service to our listing and they did it against our explicit wishes. We have received multiple customer complaints because of this and lost income comping orders that were incorrectly ordered through their system. We've tried to contact them to get them to remove their link from our listing and they are unreachable. I do not recommend working with Ritual Technologies in any capacity.
