    KOHO has my money and won’t give it to me I have money on my KOHO account I wanted to sign to close the account now it needs my photo I’d which I already gave months ago. I spoke to customers service they said it fine I login yesterday to see my three deposit I go to send the money too myself and it tells me they need to verify my I’d which is the same one I used to open they account and they can’t realease the my money when I messaged live chat they asked what the issues was now I’m have been waiting for my money

    KOHO has been running me around for a chargeback I want to initiate. They've asked me over 6 times to submit evidence, and continue to ask me for more documentation that I do not have. I've been a customer for 2 and a half years now and never tried to chargeback before, it's been a very frustrating experience.

    I’m extremely disappointed with Koho. They closed my account without warning, while holding my government benefit payments, and have refused to provide a clear reason or return my money. I’ve been receiving deposits for the past week, which I can verify, but they claim there are “no funds” in my account.
    Worse, there is no way to speak to a real person. Their support system is broken — the in-app chat disconnects constantly, forcing me to start over each time and explain everything again, with no progress or resolution. I have been stonewalled for days, despite urgently needing access to my funds for living expenses.
    I’ve documented everything and will be filing a complaint with the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada and Koho’s partner bank, ******* *****.
    This experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would not recommend Koho to anyone looking for a reliable financial service.

    KOHO overall has been great. Their new line of credit however ** ***** ***********! They do not fully inform you until after you've completed the entire process. Had I know I would have NEVER signed up. This cannot be used for emergencies because it takes a full day (but not on holidays) where you can request the money but someone has to actually process it. It is not immediate, and again not possible for emergencies cause you can't actually access it and I was told if it's after their cut off time it has to wait for the next day. ***** *********** *** ***** ****** **** ******* ***

    customer service not responding .
    i had sent an inquiry 3 times in the last 8 days to obtain an update from your disputes team.
    each time i reached out to customer service i was advised that someone would contact me within 1-2 business days. No one has reached out.
    i have continued to attempt to contact someone via customer service chat and my inquiries are being ignored though i see your agent have been recently active. this is not okay and im ready to jump ship and close my account completely with you guys.

    It’s been 3 months my card got used by a fraudulent company so I requested a new card. Never got delivered
    I go check my mail box every day and it’s never there. I spoke to so many different people on their customer service support chat and every time they say will be here in 5 days but it does not get delivered. **** ****

    * ** ******** ********* **** **** ** ** ******* ********* *** *********** ********* ********* *** ********** ********** ********* A thorough investigation into their operations needs to be done on them, as it seems like **** *** ***** *** **** ****** ** ******** *** they need to be held accountable. ******** ****** **** ** *** **** ** *** ******** **** 
    I have paid for the everything plan, on top of that they charged for all other extra's. They never reported anything to ******* for Rent Reporting and due to that I cancelled this feature. When complained, they said they lost the documentation that I paid it, whereas they could clearly see it from monthly statements that I did. Never received any of the interest to my account until I complained and even then they put $0.60 on it for one time and argued they indeed did, but refused for all the previous months. I strongly believe the Customer Service isn't actually done by agents and it is done by AI, as it's always the same copy paste response and most of the time it doesn't even relate to the issue.
    I never had an email registered with them for E-transfer deposits, however all of a sudden all my E-transfers started going to my KOHO account and they refused to clarify why.
    ** **** ** *** they said they are acknowledging my formal complaint and will start a thorough investigation and "promised" a response in 10 days. They never did.

    Looked online and seen that this could be something useful. Added $20 to try it out. KOHO then took the money and declined my transfer and said I’m to wait up to 7 business days to get it back. * ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** ******* ********** *********** ******** ***** **** *******

    **** ***** **** ******* ***** They have charged me over $1000 of money that's not even on the card and refuse to tell me how a prepaid card can be overdrawn.
