    I purchased tickets to an event this past Saturday, March 4th. The night before the event the host of the event, **** ******* emailed that the event was being cancelled. He offered a rescheduled date. I am unable to attend on another date and requested a refund. He has since been insistent that he will only credit me for another event. * ***** **** ** ******* *** * ** * ****** ******* ******* *** ****. I am unable to attend another event and after his refusal to comply with my request for a refund I have no intentions of supporting his business now or in the future. I would like my money back in full. I was not responsible for the cancellation. I am understanding that sometimes events are cancelled, but it’s the responsibility of the host to reimburse the ticket purchaser. There was no waiver or fine print stating that if cancelled he gets to keep my money. And it’s not a large sum. I would like it back in full. Ticket prices were $22.63 and I bought two tickets. Would like my $45.26 refunded. He said his system wouldn’t allow him to refund. Any technical issues he has with his service provider are not my problem. He is welcome to send me an e-transfer for the funds. *** ******** ******* ******** ** * **** ** ******* ***** **** ** ***** *** *** * ** ****** **** *** ****** ******* **.     I completely understand the frustration about the cancelation, due to a heavy snowstorm we had on March 3rd, which affected my event on March 4th at ** ******** ***. My apologies. As you purchased through the **********, i only can refund you the total of $40 dollars, the only payment i received from you.
