    * ******* **** **** * **** ** * ****** I posted my ad on kijiji. I had to pay for the ad. I waited for weeks and had barely any responses back. Thats fine but a little bit weird so I had friends and family look for the ad using different methods and the ad can not be seen. I contacted kijiji to help figure it out and they refused to listen to the problem and became extremely **** and cut the chat. I have numerous people tell me they have had the same issues. So this is a ongoing problem. They have literally ******* me out of my money. And I think they do this so that you have to pay more money to bump the ad up or to have it as a top ad but in reality it's not even visible to the public at all. **** ** ********** * ****. People need to be aware

    We posted an Ad on Kijiji Auto. We received (13) inquiries on our ad and all (13) were scams. Kijiji auto was a complete waste of time.
    We were new to selling a car privately and proceeded to provide (2) car reports as requested from potential inquires that were purchased online. Our credit card information was stolen as well as our private information. I have since deleted our ad and will never be using kijiji again. Not a single inquiry was legitimate. There is no protection for sellers. They provide a document on how to prevent scammers but that is it. There is no protection for sellers. It was a complete waste of time, energy and resources. We will never use Kijiji to sell a car again.

    They recently blocked my account out of the blue, for no reason. They are accusing me of “severe violations” and “it is in the best interest of our community”. So I asked them to tell me what these are and they do not reply.
    If they are willing to accuse me of wrongdoing, then provide the information because I really have no clue what they are referring to!
    They seem to believe that they can falsely accuse people of something and not be accountable for these.
    They didn’t even have the professionalism nor the decency to send information or ask questions before becoming judge and jury.
    To top things off, try and find a number to call to actually speak to a real person for clarifications!

    Kijiji permanently restricted my ability to post ads because my posting for sale of an item was deemed priced too low. They concluded that it must have been obtained through fraudulent means. No attempts were made to contact me for details nor accept my explanations ***** *** *** ********* Their action was unjustifiable and biased.

    New app is like going backwards 15 years. It’s horrible and not helpful at all. Who decided on this new edition. Horrible
