15 October 2022 - Measured for custom suit and blazer with two shirts as part of deal. Suit and blazer was supposed to be ready on 14 November 2022 for trial fitments and completion for an event I was attending on 30 November 2022. Email and texts to this company (Mr. Kaizen Consulting) were always buying time and making excuses as to why the suit and blazer were almost ready, this after full payment of $ 2,712.00 was made to this individual called Kassius D. To date have not received my full refund due to non delivery of suit and blazer and breach of contract by Kaizen Consulting. Need action taken on this individual as I have been out of pocket for over two months already. Your assistance is highly sought to bring this individual to retribution ** ** ** * **** *** ***** ** *******Business Response

As stated by client a suit and blazer were ordered along with 2 shirts as a deal. Garments were completed but delivery was delayed due several unexpected circumstances and client was informed on a regular basis.
A refund was initiated through our credit card processor back to to the client card on the evening of Dec 6th. That refund usually takes anywhere from 5-15 business days. Client then became upset and demanded payment through interac e-transfer. This was processed and $2712 deposited by client on Dec 21st, 2022.
While this was a regrettable situation no malice or harm was intended as we pride ourselves on serving our clients to the highest standard.
As full refund was provided we consider the matter resolved. Open to discuss any other issues that might be looming.

I am rejecting this response because: Kaizen Consulting (KC) never kept their promise to deliver the suit and Blazer despite many attempts in requesting updates from me. The excuses were insurmountable even the claim about the refund which took far too long. ** ***** **** ***** ********* *** ******* ******* **** ********** ** ** ** *********** ****** *** **** ******* **** ***** **** ** ********. We appreciate all feedback and suggestions, and as a growing business are constantly upgrading our service delivery and communication process to continue to deliver at the highest standards. Our creation process is 6 - 8 weeks as a custom garment is being created.
We understand the client felt things should have been handled differently and wish we could have delivered a better experience, but as stated in previous response we took all reasonable actions to deliver product. When that was unattainable we then informed the client we would provide a refund back to their credit card and informed the banks timeframe for that refund to reflect back to their card (7-10 business day) on December 1st, 2022. ****** *** ******** **** ** ***** ** ********* ****** **** ******. Within 7 days the client stated they had not received the funds and no longer wanted to wait and insisted on a e-transfer for repayment. In order to appease an upset client we agreed to change protocol and do this, but explained it would take a few days to stop the refund that was already in process in order to do an e-transfer. The e-transfer was sent and accepted the following week.
At this point we have apologized and provided full refund in a timely manner and taken all feedback from this client.
Please advise next step to resolve this matter.

I am a personal stylist and I took my client to meet mr kiazen custom suiting (meet Mr Kaizen) on OCTOBER 14TH at 155 dalhousie as client needed to order one suit , two shirts and one velvet blazer for the total cost of 2712 for his end of year events . Mr kaizen owner advised we pay in full and fitting for outfits will be in a month from payment then 1 week of adjustments and all outfits ordered will be achieved by Nov 29th for delivery . I also ordered a personal power suit and shirt for my brand and paid $452 on October 8th ..After numerous calls not getting my suit as well as clients 6 weeks from order , on NOV 28th kaizen finally answers his messages advising he had a problem with producing outfits as well as delivery of outfit delay from his tailors . I sensed his stories were never consistent and pressured him to have outfits ready or refund back money or i will report as a fraud. He promises nov 29th for my personal fitting but on arrival , my suit was a wrong fabric and wrong sizing from what i had selected . clients suit was also no where visually ready on said day as such client requested a refund after weeks of no show and constant messages with different stories on clients order . He then sends a screen shot of text claiming he has sent a refund on dec 1st at 6.18pm to my client ***** **** . Client contacted bank and still no funds . I sent numerous text and emails sharing this is unprofessional taking clients money with no products and no refund . He then replies with apology and promises a transfer payment again and its been 9 weeks now and no payment refunds for both orders of 2717 and 452 credit card payment to his account . He is currently no longer answering our calls and text messages and I have all the email and text thread as well as payment documents . * ** ****** *** ******** ****** **** ****** *** now my client putting me under pressure for his refund as my business made the refferral order . We are both now owing our credit card.
BBB NOTE: the following is an update provided by **** ******** on January 8, 2023

However I have still not received refund for the power suit and shirt I ordered and paid $450 deposit .
Mr kaizen as documented produced a wrong size fit and fabric order of power suit and I have returned back to his studio in early December .
I also did advise Mr kaizen on delivery of suit that I am happy to get a new power suit but important his tailor measure me instead so no error but he sent this email below that he will refund my payment .
