    When I applied for ********** I was told I would get 30% back on my Rogers spending and another amount for other items which it also states online . My first month was December at my Rogers bill For all Services was $443 dollars and was given $99 back of my statement it should have been 30% of of that and even if the say 43 was in taxes 30% of $400 is 120. For my January Rogers bill it was $432 and I was given $42 dollars in cash back so they owe me almost $100 for this month. Just saw My Rogers bill for Feb and it is $389 and just waiting to see what my cash back will Be this time . I have called around 3 or 4 times and each time they say we will Have someone call you and they never do and they never fix the mistakes *** ***** ***** **** ***** *******

    The customer service is awful. When I tried to call the emergency number on the back of the credit card, it’s always busy and ask me to call back again. I have never encounter this kind of the problem on a credit card emergency line. **** ***** ** ********** ******* **** I need the help from the credit card company, they always not there. Don’t know what is the point of roger bank providing the help line when it’s always busy.
