    I was deactivated and have a balance over $15. They claim I violated the terms by submitting a receipt that wasn't a physical copy, but yet they allow online order screenshots now and I followed the directions on how to submit. Nothing was altered in any way. Only thing I see that was questionable maybe was that I had ordered something to be received ** ** ******** ********* I paid for the item and the receipt was not submitted by anyway else.

    This member submitted a screenshot of an online purchase that had been edited to appear as if the order had been shipped when it had not. As our Terms state ""Photos or scans taken through the app [...] cannot have been altered in any way[...].", their account has been closed for violating our Terms of Service.

    That is not true at all. I took a screenshot after it was shipped. I barely even know how to take a screenshot. I have no idea how to edit a screenshot. I did not even know you could edit a screenshot.

    I submitted a receipt with a purchase and was wrongfully denied. I filed a claim with many photos and never received a response. ** ** *********** I would not have bought the item, if I knew they were NOT going to credit me.

    Upon review of this member's receipt, it was determined that the correct item was not purchased.
    Since the item that the member purchased did not match the offer details, we could not amend the claim for Cash Back.
    Items purchased must match the offer details exactly, and we can not make exceptions for incorrect purchases.
    Clicking on the offer will provide more information about variety/size/quantity/coupon exclusions or specifications, which we suggest every member checks before making a purchase.
    We communicated this information to the member, on multiple occasions. We also provided the member with additional information around which items qualify.

    I submitted my receipts and one was rejected because it was too old, understandable. The next receipt was rejected because it was not bought at certain stores, all in Ontario. I specified my location as Manitoba so why would they show me product rebates for Ontario. I also read the fine print in the terms and agreements and it stated that if the account is not used on a regular basis I will get charged a $20 admin fee. I did not like this so I deactivated the account.

    Upon review of this complaint, it has been determined that the member did not attempt to contact us in any way, so that we could assist her with these receipt issues.
    Certain offers are store specific, and the stores specified on the offer in question, can be found in Manitoba, which is why the member saw them.
    Lastly, we do not have a $20 administration fee for inactive accounts.
    We do have an Inactive Account Management charge (https://************************), that deducts $3.99 from accounts that have a balance, in the chance they are inactive for more than 6 months. The amount is only deducted from the amount that is in the member's account at the time of inactivity. The member is not personally charged this fee.
    Should the member wish to have her receipts looked at further, she can contact our Customer Support Team at *****@**********.com, and an agent will be happy to assist her.

    I used the app to get a rebate on 3 containers of ice cream ($1.25 each). ****** had a sale, buy 3 and receive $2.99 off. So I bought 3. I submitted the receipt and they gave me credit on 2. I resubmitted and circled the items to no avail. I then took a picture of the items in my freezer. The won’t fix it. ****** ** **** *******

    This credit was given on May 3, 2023.
