    I purchased more than 100 online baking tutorials with How to Cake it between 2021 and 2024. The classes included a manual, a ******** live tutorial & access to the video forever. In January 2025, ******** announced they would be deleting all of the live videos. Along with many others, I was concerned (as many of the tutorials, I had yet to complete). From January - July, HTCI staff offered sporadic communication. In July, they announced that customers should email them with a complete list of purchased tutorials and we would be given access to the videos via ****** Drive.

    I did this on August 9th, 2025. My initial list was received and access was granted, but upon checking discovered I was missing access to 31 videos. I responded and provided the list of videos I still required access to (August 30). I followed up on September 19, as I had not yet been granted access. At this time, I was given access to several, but still require access to 11 videos. HTCI staff have indicated they are "still locating" some of the files.

    Without the videos, the ability to complete the tutorial is questionable at best and as such, I am asking for a partial (50%) refund totalling $112.63USD for the following 11 tutorials (Order #):
