    In July 2025, I had off-boarded an employee from my company 7 days after the annual salesforce fee was processed to utilize their software platform. In reaching out for a reimbursement, I was advised that I would be reimbursed a total of $1,078.04USD. I have a multitude of emails from multiple salesforce employees, assuring me the transaction would be processed by (again multiple) specific date(s). Each time, my banking institution has confirmed that no such attempted transactions were evident to my account. It has now been 6 months, with still no resolution. I was advised, yet again, by salesforce that another transaction was confirmed for deposit today (January 15th 2026), and upon checking with my banking institution, still no such transaction has been received. I have escalated this issue within salesforce, I have communicated with Account Reps, Accounts Payable, as well as sent formal complaints through their internal system. They keep assuring me they are working on it* REMOVED

    ?My name is REMOVED, founder of a small, family-run business. I am seeking your assistance to resolve a Salesforce implementation issue that has caused significant financial and operational harm for over two years.
    Summary of the Issue
    In 2022, we were referred by Salesforce to REMOVED, a Certified Partner, for implementation services.
    The project was supposed to be completed by March 30, 2023, but remains unfinished.
    REMOVEDaccessed our systems for a month before quoting $43,500—then increased the cost to over $60,000 after work began, leaving us no choice but to agree or they would stop work.
    Despite paying Salesforce licensing fees and partial implementation fees to REMOVED, we have never been able to use the Salesforce platform.
    Salesforce later told us REMOVEDagreed to waive the remaining balance (less than $30,000), but REMOVEDhas since reversed this and is now threatening legal action—even though the system was never completed or functional.
