    Dear BBB

    I am writing to express my concern following a very disappointing experience with a collections company. When I called recently, I encountered several employees who were unkind and unhelpful. One individual, who did not identify himself by name, stated he was from the collections department and needed my money.

    As someone living with a disability, I explained that I am currently unable to pay the amount in full. Instead of offering any assistance or alternative payment options, this representative immediately ********** to take funds from me without further discussion. *** ******** *** *** **** *********** *** **** ****** *************** 
    I am extremely disheartened by this interaction and hope your company takes matters like this seriously. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed, and I’d welcome the opportunity to discuss a reasonable and respectful resolution moving forward.

    I am not liable for the debt with **** **** *** *** ********. I do not have a contract with Suite Excel Collections Canada Inc. Suite Excel was provided with a document from **** claiming that I vacated the unit on May 31, 2024, and that at that time a final move-out inspection was conducted in which they identified damages **** ***** **** ** ********** *************  This is an untrue claim. I was still in the unit on May 31st due to unforeseen circumstances, and the final move-out inspection was conducted and signed on June 1, 2024 **** **** ** ** ******** ********** ********  In that final move-out inspection, the inspector noted the floors for each inspection area as "Good". More details can be provided, but I believe these factors alone are sufficient to determine that this collections claim has no grounds. I demand that this collections account be removed from my credit report.
