    I ordered $200 worth of clothes from this company. I ordered a sweatshirt and a shirt, and 3 pairs of sweatpants. On their website, they advertised a 5-7 week time to receive/make the product. I ordered in November of 2024. I waited patiently, and then emailed them at the 7 week mark. They said it was delayed. This continued for months. 3 or so months after I finally received the sweatshirt and shirt. I continued to inquire about my pants, and when I would receive them. This went on until May 2025. Since then I have heard nothing from them, even after reaching out again, and I still have yet to receive the 3 pairs of pants.

    I have ordered clothing from this company over 6 months ago. They either do not reply to my emails or send an automated message saying they are delayed. Their policy states the delivery period for their product is 3-17 weeks, much less than the 6 months I’ve been waiting. They do not communicate with their client and do not send merchandise. I have quite literally no choice I can make at this point. They don’t offer refunds so I can’t even get my money back. Should I expect my order a year after I placed the order? Who knows

    Ordered 3 items January 20,2025. After waiting 3 months a package was delivered to me so on April 19, 2025 so small I knew it was not the 3 items I ordered. I have a video of me opening what turned out to be a T shirt that was NOT part of my order. Now my items in tracking are stating “delivered”. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. They only responded to first email with a generic answer not specific to me and have since stopped responding. There are many negative reviews about this business on ********** with the same complaint I have. **** *** ****** ******* ***** *** *** ********** *** *****. Their policy says no refunds.     First, I want to personally apologize for the experience you've had with your order. After reviewing the situation, it’s clear that there was a warehouse error that resulted in the wrong item being sent to you.

    On top of that, earlier this year, we were impacted by unexpected tariff changes, which put additional pressure on our supply chain and fulfillment process. This prompted us to completely restructure the way we operate — including switching to a new fulfillment company and beginning partnerships with new manufacturers to help streamline production and delivery.

    To better support our community moving forward, we’ve also started onboarding a new email and customer service team, so issues like this are resolved quickly and personally.

    We’ll be refunding your full order amount of CA$158.78. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been processed.

    Again, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused, and we appreciate your patience as we continue improving.

    Payed CA$251.72

    Ordered 4 articles of clothing. 2 T-shirts , sweatpants , and sweatshirt.

    After 6-7 months of them claiming the items were still in production I received some generic email claiming I could select different clothes that will ship quickly. I have tried to ask for different clothes with no response except for the same generic email that claims I can select different clothing. I have asked for replacement clothes 2x or a refund with no responses. ** *** ******** ** *** ****** ** ******* *** ******** I’m hoping for a refund at this point but I can’t get a real response.

    We apologize for the delay in the refund, exchange and production. We had a brief manufacturing issue with a local manufacturer in Canada having to reproduce a large batch order on products which has affected a few orders, but nearly all of which have been resolved. Your order was also partially fullfilled, with only the re-production of items not being fully delivered. 

    As a result we’ve changed producers and rehauled our logistics line to have a quicker response and delivery  time.

    Furthermore, we’ve been training new customer service team members and changed email response desk platforms — so some chat logs might not have been imported from our original response platform. We have looked into it and immediately refunded the delayed portion of the order, and will send you out some on-stock exchange items to make amends. We apologize for the delay.
