    SCAM! They are a ******* company pretending to be located in Toronto. If you call the phone number attached to their business some *** man answers the phone to his private residence. He has no idea what is going on. The product is nothing like the description or pictures on their website. They claim it is cotton but it is some ***** synthetic fabric. All the tags were cut out of the garment and there was no invoice/receipt in the packaging. They pretend they will help you with the refund but **** *** ** * ****. Even though there is a 30 day guarantee and free return on the website, they offer you a refund of 20% and plan to charge you $160 shipping. This is supposed to be a Toronto company. ** *** *** **** ***** *** ****** ******

    They are a ********* company and they operate under several different companies, which all operate the same way by misrepresenting themselves as a Canadian brand. In one case, they posted images of a retail location that does not exists. My sweater took over 3 weeks to arrive and the workmanship and fabric are very low quality. It is not worth the price they are selling, even though they call it a 50% Black Friday discount.

    I ordered a "Wool Blend" sweater from them. Shipping was direct from China, and took three weeks.
    The clothing arrived, but is a thin, t-shirt like material. The clothing label says it is Polyester and Cotton, with zero wool. I have emailed many times to ask for a refund, but they only offered a store credit - if I pay to ship the shirt all the way back to China!
    After several weeks of emailing them, their final offer is a refund of 25% of my money.
