    I called the store on Friday February 17th 2023 and paid a 25% deposit to reserve a stroller at a sale price. I advised I would pay for the rest of the purchase in store the following Monday as I was out of town and wanted to use some giftcards towards the purchase. Int eh phone call they confirmed the price the transaction, my account information and email and then advised me an email receipt would be sent. Over an hour later, no email reciept was sent. I checked all email folders including junk. I also haev recieved email reciepts from them in the past so I know it was not blocked. I tried calling the store several times until they closed with no answer. Their store voicemail does not let you leave a voicemail. I sent a msg to their comapnies *********** account where they gave me their customer service number. The man on the phone told me he did not have any access to the stores POS systems and could only email the store to get back to me. I gave them all day Saturday to reach out to me and they did not. I called the store several times today with no answer. I called the customer support line and they told me all they could do was email the store to get a manager to call me. Without proof of purchase, I cannot pick up my stroller *** **** **** * **** **** ******** *** ** ** ******* *****. The customer support line says the store is likely busy with the sale but I have called at least 10 times between Saturday and today (Sunday). All I have been looking for is my receipt to be emailed as promised so that I have proof of purchase. Not a single person has apologized for the inconvenance. **** ******* *** ***** ******** ******* ******. Their main customers are pregnant women setting up their families. They should be leading by example retail when it comes to customer service given their niche market.

    ** *** ***** **** ****** ** * **** **** ** ** **** *** ** ** ****** The situation is, we bought a ********* ****** crib on 18th November 2023 with a commit that the crib will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. Our due date was 17th January 2024. So we were fine with that commit from the store manager. Fast forward to Jan start this year, as the 6 week timeline passed I started checking with the store on weekly basis, obviously with a concern that the baby can come anytime around the due date but we were assured that the crib will come in the current shipment or the next. Fast forward to 16th Jan, I again followed up with Deana, she mentioned that crib was missed to put on the trailer coming to store by the supplier but it is now on the trailer coming from california. Out of concern, I asked whether the store can give any compensation for me to buy the cheapest bassinet from ******* or any other store or if the store can give a crib/bassinet in the interim for us to use so atleast my baby can sleep and be safe (*** ******** ** ****) for the first few days until the crib arrive, but Deana was again wanted to sell a bassinet from the store with 10% discount. I was expecting full compensation for the product as I am not supposed to spend any money here if my crib would have arrived. We declined her offer respectfully. Now the commit from Deana was it would arrive Monday/Tuesday last week, as we did not get any call from the stores for pick up I started checking with the store, they said due to weather, it is subject to delay, my concern is only to get a FIRM ETA from the store as I can no longer see my baby suffer from cold having him floor-bedded from the last few days. But Deana is not making any extra efforts to call up the supplier and ask for a firm commit until my heated conversation with her yesterday for which I am still waiting to hear back from Deana on what supplier told her.
