Charmed Aroma has stopped responding to my queries. They shipped the package with the third class shipper ********/*********.
******** has dropped the ball on the delivery.
I have been asking for a refund since Saturday.
Below is the email I sent a few hrs ago:-

This company has zero clue what their Shipping warehouse/customer service representatives/drivers are upto.
The delivery notice has still not been updated....if package is out for delivery today like it was on Friday and Sunday and Monday then why is there zero information on the website. The phone line states repeatedly to track online. How am I supposed to do that when *************** has not updated anything and has no clue what the *** is going on?????
Please I have asked repeatedly for a refund.
I need my money back.
You can deal with the shipper.
It's not like you are doing anything else anyway.
You have taken zero responsibility for the shipping or the non delivery.
You are worse than *******. You are so frightened of customers that you have disabled your phone lines ??

I ordered 10 ***** ****** jars from this company empty no candles. Out of all 10 there was only two different kind of ***** ****** jars and 5 out of 10 were broken. I ask if I could ship my items back for a refund. Now that I have done that they have the two boxes I sent. They are refusing to give a full refund saying they only received one box. Which I have tracking picture and video proof they have both boxes. I have emailed them for three days about this problem. I have even had to open another ticket from their lack of response. I also have three videos showing there was two boxes what all was inside and how many items were damaged before I shipped the package. The company has gotten all these pictures and videos yet still is refusing to give me my full refund claiming they didn’t receive all ten items when my proof clearly shows they got all items November 30. I also had to pay out of pocket for shipping.Initial Complaint

I ordered a ****** candle from Charmed Aroma, ******* ****** * **** *** ********* ** ******* ****** with the statement on the listing that the jewelry within was .925 Sterling, *** ** ***** *** ** highly allergic to anything other than sterling or gold. When received, the box that shows .925 was covered with a new slipcase (which got torn to open the box by ** ****** that removed the .925 statement! ** ***** ** *** *********** *** burned down the candle **** to get to the jewelry, and it is NOT stamped! ** **** *** cannot risk putting this on *** ****** ** ** ** *** ** *** ***** ** ******* *** **** *** ********. Received a candle ** * ********* ****. The jewelry included was broken upon opening. Immediately contacted Charmed Aroma. Even though tag was on , they insisted on proof of purchase. Obtained proof of purchase. Charmed Aroma then stated they would send replacement. Was then advised that they were out of stock and would send out in a couple of days. A week later, I contacted and was told a couple more days. I waited another week , then was told they had no idea when they would obtain a replacement and were closing the case. I asked for a refund since they do not yave a replacement to send and was told they do not give refunds.
Their policy states: Charmed Aroma maintains a high standard of quality control over its jewelry and commits to replacing manufacturing faults free of charge up to 60 days from the original date of delivery.Initial Complaint

Charmed Aroma needs to send a replacement for the CHERRY **** CANDLE order ********(December 30,2022). I already agreed to accept this 1 CHERRY **** CANDLE to replace 2 candles missing from order ********(December 23,2022). I first informed customer service on January 4th that I hadn't received it!! They keep ******** ** asking me to wait longer!!!! ****** ** ********** CA needs to make this right!!
I've recently received the wrong ring in 2 Charmed Aroma candles, and a gold necklace instead of silver in another candle, but I am just asking the BBB to step in for a replacement CHERRY **** CANDLE!!!!!

I purchased 2 water globe candles from charmed aroma in Sept of 2022, ** ********* *****. When opened ********* **** one was very foggy. I messaged charmed aroma and they told me that as it was past 30 days too bad I had to deal with it. No return, replacement or refund. I paid $100 for one candle and the other was 50% off on special. I have purchased online order on november 19 2022 through charmed aroma website and never received the order in December 1st . So I got worried and emailed charmed customer service and called their number to ask why . They never returned my call and they didn’t email back for two weeks-three weeks after I sent in a email they finally emailed back to state that -shipping label was created and they must have lost my item in transit- I called Canada post ax the tracking number was with Canada post- only to find out from Canada post that charmed aroma never even sent a package to ship after creating a Label.
I called charmed aroma back - again no answer no call back - they emailed back after five days of me consistently emailing to follow up/ saying they will investigate and Greg will not give ne a refund.
I emailed to ask for a refund five times- they refused - * ********* * ** *** **** ***** ***** ******** ** ** *** ******** ** ** ** ********* ***** ** ** ******** * **** ****** ******* **** **** **** ** * then they emails me back on Dec 28th saying we just delivered it - by then I already **** ** **** ****** emails asking for a refund. I ********* ***** **** *** ** **** ** *** **** * **** *** ** **** ** **** ***** ***** - they got the email and is denying my refund and saying that they dropped it of after month and a half of numerous email.
