    I paid $6,000 deposit for the order number ****** when BTG consultant **** ****** was at my house on 8/25 2023 and afterwards I received the attached ******** & ******** from Blinds To Go (BTG) later that day. After BTG technician did the measurement at my house, there was change to the blinds selection and the revised quotes wasn't sent to me until after my call with **** on 9/5. ****** ***** ** *** ******** ****** *** **** *** **** ******** The main dispute is I have not confirmed the order on 8/31 as claimed by the company. Points for supporting my case 1. I was waiting for quotes from ***** ******* so I wouldn't have confirmed the order until a comparison can be done. 2. I did not receive the revised BTG quotes until after the 9/5 call with **** (though she said she did send before 9/5). 3. I have not signed any of the BTG documents ** ******** ** **** ********** there was no document similar to ******** with the revised amounts in the 9/5 email sent to me. 4. **** told me price matching is valid for 3 months when she was at my house but after a few correspondences on the quotes between BTG and *****, she informed us in her 9/16 email it should be done before order is confirmed (again which I never did). 5. After failing to resolve my case with ****, I forwarded my 9/16 email to **** to BTG and called BTG in the morning of 9/18. BTG person said she will inform ***** (****** manager) to call me within 24-48 hours. However, neither **** nor ***** called me and so I called BTG again in the morning of 9/20. I reiterated that I have never confirmed my order and I want to ask for a refund. Again, I was told ***** will call me but she still hasn't yet. 6. After I ordered a TV from ****** online last week, my account was inactivated until ****** could confirm I placed the order and required my credit card supporting document. In contrast, BTG insisted I confirmed my order before revised quotes were sent and there is no signed order authorization from me.

    Hi there,

    He was asking for the price matching with the no name company and we asked for the more detail to do the price match for him. Customer did not give us any detail quotation from the competitor for the $4,000 difference. We already gave him $6,000 deposit back.

    Please note that with your assistance, I finally managed to receive a full refund of my deposit from Blinds To Go on Sep 29, 2023.
