    The appointment was made to install rods and blinds. Work was delayed a considerable amount but was finished. However, several issues were created. 1, The rods were installed too high up to the ceiling and the blinds were too low to the ground. 2, One of the rods was installed upside-down. 3, a large hole was created when installing one of the rods.
    We took the issues up with Blinds to Go, and they claimed they would set up an appointment later to address the problems. It has been more than a month since then and they have not contacted us.

    Without prejudice,

    We had a carpenter go to the customers home to fix the damage made during our installation and make any modifications to her product to satisfy her expectations.

    However, after the contractor arrived and asked “ where is the damage” the customer yelled and made him leave without doing any work at all?

    we made several attempts to contact the customer to resolve this but were not successful and on two occasions hung up on when trying to find a solution with customer.

    We have contacted the customer to arrange for removal of our product and repair any damages due to removal of product.  
    We have contacted our finance department to process a full refund after completion of the removal.

    Customer is receptive to this option and we are taking immediate steps to arrange for the repairs and removal.

    We will issue a full refund when completed.
