In 2023 I purchased an RV from this company. When I took the tour of the vehicle and originally applied for the financing it was not disclosed to me that it was a second hand trailer. While filling out the financing paperwork I was not informed that the loan would cost almost an extra $20000 in interest that would have to be paid out should I try to close the loan. Making my 20 ish thousand dollar trailer have a 40 thousand dollar lean. I was told that I could pay it off at any time and that was the extent of the information I was given. In addition to this, I have had several problems with the trailer that has made it almost impossible to use. The battery emits a high frequency sound if its on. They had someone come out and was not able to fix it. They were supposed to come back and never did, despite follow up calls. They also never emptied the dirty water tank. As I was preparing the trailer for winter after not using the water line, I went to flush the line and there was the putrid smell of human waste. I have received three letters regarding a recall and they were supposed to go to the trailer and have the part fixed. We were told by the land owner that no one has ever come out to fix the part. I have a 69 year old woman. I feel like I was taken advantage of for a quick sale and left to be ignored.

Ms. ******* purchased a 2022 Keystone Springdale bearing VIN # ***************** ON June 14, 2023. This was a NEW trailer at the time of purchase.  I have included a copy of the original NVIS,the ownership in Ms. ******* name and a Vehicle history search from Service ******* showing that Ms. ******* is the first and only owner of this trailer.

I have also attached a copy of the bill of sale showing the complete purchase price and the amount financed as well as the Finance contract with ****************  The purchase price was $26,792 plus $362.40 for a battery, $1,090 PDI and $2,800 for freight.  There was a standard Documentation fee of $599 that every customer pays.  ********** also purchased a Seven(7) Year Extended Warranty for $3,800.  The *** on the transaction was $4,607.64 plus $72 to Licence the Trailer.  The total she financed was $40,289.73.  Her current payout for the loan is $38,815.25 as of January 24, 2025.  I have attached a copy of the Payout as well.

On August 2, 2023 we attended onsite at ******************* for a complaint that the owner would get a shock when the unit was plugged into shore power.  The technician noted he plugged unit in and got a shock.  He then unplugged the unit and plugged it into our shop generator and did not get a shock.  It was deemed to not be a problem with the *** rather with the power supply.

On September 18th, 2023, we received a complaint that the battery was dead on the **.  On September 19, 2024 we again attended **************** for an issue that the Battery of the unit was not holding a charge. The battery was replaced with a new one and the charging function was tested and operating as is should.

Recalls are a function of the manufacturer, and they send letters directly to the consumer.  We have no record of an appointment or call in from the customer to have the recall addressed.  Also to note, the manufacturer pays for the recall to be completed but does not pay for this service to be done as a Callout or Onsite visit to the trailer.  It is the customers responsibility to either pay for the callout or bring the ** into the Service Center.

We strive to provide excellent service, as the General Manager of the store, I have never heard from Ms. ************** As a courtesy, I would be happy to provide two(2) options:
    1. I would be happy to have a technician attend to the site of the ** to complete the Recall at no charge to Ms. ************** I would also be happy to address any other issues that she may have with the **.  This callout would have to be in the spring as it is too cold to operate the systems of the ** in this weather.
    2.  As another option if the unit is accessible, I would also have somebody pick up the unit, bring it to our facility, complete the work in our shop and return the unit to Ms. ********************* have Ms. ******* contact myself or ***** *******(Service Manager) at ************

There are some of the problems with this unit. Still many others .was told when we bought it that it would be corrected. . We arr missing parts that we're ordered and told it would be repaired/replaced it's been over 5 months with nothing we have contacted them again with no avail. Been paying for this over priced unit I don't want it patched I want a unit with nothing wrong with it..I should not have to keep paying for something that will not be up to par.
