    WORK ORDER WAS NOT COMPLETED ON JANUARY 29, A PLAY STATION 5 WAS DROPPED OFF TO *********** FOR THE **** TO BE FIXED, THE ***** HAD REQUESTED PAYMENT OF $271.20 WHICH WAS PAID AT THE **** OF THE **** DROPPED OFF, A RUSH WORK FEE WAS ALSO PAID, I CALLED TO GET AN UPDATE TO SEE IF HE WAS DONE/FIXED, THE ***** SAID NO, TOMORROW IT WILL BE, i CALLED AGAIN THE NEXT DAY, THE ***** AGAIN SAID IT WAS NOT DONE, I ASKED WHEN HE SAID TO CALL TOMORROW, I CALLED AGAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE ***** AGAIN SAID IT WAS NOT DONE, SO ON FEBUARY 2/24 I CALLED AGAIN TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE PS5, HE SAID IT WAS NOT DONE YET, I QUESTIONED ABOUT THE RUSH WORK FEE HE CHARGED, AND HOW LONG IS THIS RUSH WORK FEE IS SUPPOSED TO BE, THE ***** HUNG UP ON ME, I CALLED BACK AGAIN, THERE WAS NO ANSWER, I CALLED AGAIN, IT WENT TO VOICEMAIL. I LEFT A MESAGE TO SAY I DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON BUT YOU HUNG UP ON ME, I WILL GET THE POLICE INVOLVED NOW AS i WANT THE PS5 BACK, AFTER I HUNG UP THE ****** I CALLED THE POLICE AND TOLD THEM THE SITUATION OF WANTING MY GRANDSON'S PS5 BACK, THE POLICE OFFICER SUGGESTED I GO TO THAT BUSINESS AND ASK FOR MY PROPERTY BACK AND IF HE DOESNT GIVE IT BACK, THEN CALL US BACK, SO I WENT WITH MY SON TO ***********, THE ***** WAS IN WHEN I WALKED IN, I EXPLAINED THAT I WANTED MY GRANDSON'S PS5 BACK, THE ***** REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK, HE SAID HE IS STILL WORKING ON IT, I TOLD HIM I WANT IT BACK, HE REFUSED, HE SAID IT WAS IN PIECES, I TOLD HIM I DIDNT CARE, I WANT IT BACK, I'LL TAKE IT ELSEWHERE, HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK, THEN HE SAID HE WILL CALL MY GRANDSON'S MOTHER, HE WENT UPSTAIRS AND SAID THAT HIS WORKER HAD A STROKE AND WAS BEHIND WITH HIS WORK, SO I TOLD HIM OK I DIDNT KNOW, SO WE AGREED HE WILL WORK ON IT, I LEFT. ON FEBRUARY 23 ELITE FEEKS CALLED TO SAY HE COULS NOT FIX THE PS5 AND TO PICK IT UP, THE ***** WAS INFO THE FATHER ****************** WILL PICK IT UP, I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR WORK SO I TOLD THEM TO HOLD OFF UNTIL I RETURNED TO TOWN, ON FEBUARY 27/24 I WENT TO GO PICK UP THE PS5, HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND OF $271.20, HE SAID HE WORKED ON IT FOR 12 HOURS, BUT YET COULD NOT FIXED IT, HE HAD A PS5 IN HIS STORE FOR CLOSE TO A MONTH, HE KICKED ME OUT OF HIS STORE.
