    I had my income taxes filed with Astrids Bookkeeping back in 2019. In the year or 2 to follow, I was reassessed to find out that ****** had made a $12000 in my returns (going from receiving $4000 to OWING $8000). She refused to do anything about it. Fast forward to this year, and her refusal to provide service and her rudeness. I asked her to pull my T4s since 2019, and she refuses. She does not let me speak, hung up on me, was rude over the phone and in person. She had done this to MANY people!

    ***** ***** was my tax client in 2019 when she asked me to prepare 5 years backwards for her. Have not seen or heard from her since.

    She recently came to my office requesting from my staff to retrieve and print all her T4 slips from 2019- current and expected that to be done immediately and for free.

    Than she called the office and send a family friend over to demand the same. I had told her that I would be happy to provide that service for my existing clients. At which point she mentioned that there was a mistake in her prior tax returns and that she wanted me to do this service for free.

    She refused the price that i had offered her for this service $10/tax year .

    So I gave her options on how to get her T4's and other slips, to which I was yelled at that Service Canada told her that I was her Representative and it was my duty to provide her with the slips. My relationship with my clients only last for a tax season, it is not a live-time commitment

    Options for her to retrieve her slips : 1. Sign on to CRA "MY Account" ************************************************************, download them 2. Ask Service Canada to print 3. Ask the employer to reprint them. 4. Ask *** to mail them 5. Sign up with any other Tax preparer to ask them to reprint them for her.
