    I took truck into northern automotive also known as Dr Wrench.they replaced differential.
    When truck was returned it had a loose wheel (back) .
    Unknowingly I drove the truck less than 100 km them realized it had a loose wheel on back.3 lug nuts left of 6 this ruined the rim I contacted GM
    ***** and the mechanics by means of visiting the shop I also informed Dr wrench that my speedometer was off as my Speedo read 115 Kmh but I was only traveling 100kmh .he told me they would get it in and fix it .
    (never happened )
    They proceeded to spend approximately from April 21 when I notified them of the problem to May 16 th looking for a replacement match to my rims this was unsuccessful as was finding a shop to repair .
    They decided to purchase new rims this took another ten days and I had to go to the recommended tire shop (** **** )to make my own appointment to get rim’s installed as I was tired of waiting
    I finally made myself an appointment for Friday May 26 at 9am to get rims installed.so once again I had to drive to the automotive shop to inform GM ***** what the installation date was and he replied that he would make sure it would be looked after which he did to a point he paid for the rims and installation but neglected to pay for the new lug nuts as I had an incomplete set because of their error .
    I paid for them myself (lug nuts $91.47 tax in) after installing the wheels on my truck we realized the off set of the rims that GM ***** had purchased was not correct therefor needing 1/2” spacers put on my truck in order for these particular rims to fit correctly.
    **** told me he didn’t see me returning to get any work done there again because of as he said this has left a bad taste in my mouth and new I wouldn’t come back to get work done there and not to ever bring my truck back to their shop again .
    He felt they had done their part.
    So I had to pay for spacers and install ($ $377.64)
    I received truck back april 20 /23 .
    It will be another week to completion .
