    1. Ordered 9 items from Lux scrubs May 8, 2024, some items were pre-order so all items were delayed shipping
    2. December 30 2024 received 4 items
    3. January 19,2025 received email stating 5 last items were on their way, no tracking number provided
    4. February 2, 6th and Feb 13, 2025 emailed company to say had not received package, asked for tracking number
    5. February 18, called and left a message as no pick up on phone
    6. February 19 received an email back:

    Hi Gina,

    I am so sorry for the late reply.
    I have someone in the shop tomorrow I will see if your order got missed being shipped or else resend it to you.

    7. March 13, 2015 email to say I hadn’t received anything.

    8. March 24, 2025, called, no response, left a message, no response.
    9. March 30, 2025 response:

    Hi Gina,

    I am going through emails - Can you let me know if you received anything from us or are you missing all of the order?
    I can issue you a refund for whatever you are missing.

    10. March 30- I replied with an email of items I didn’t receive.
    11. April 23, 2025 emailed to ask if plan was refund or sending, no response
    12. May 5, 2025 emailed, no response.
    13. Instagram message May 9th, no response

    Hello, 

     

    I have responded to the customer and I have provided her with a refund for the amount of: $****** which was the amount for the remaining items. 

    For some reason it was fulfilled on my system and did not flag me to ship out.  I have emailed the customer and issues the refund through *******.  I have also sent out the items that I have in stock at no charge to the customer. 

     

    Let me know if there is anything else I can do.
