    Hello Sir/Madam
    Our company ******** ******* ** *** ***** *** **** ** * ******* ****** has complaint to Gary's Towing located at 933 Alloy Dr, Thunder Bay, ON P7B 5Z8 regarding service that this company provided delivering service our ATV 2024 ******* ********* *** ******** ***** **** *****************. This ATV was stored on yard belong Gary`s Towing. This company is responsible for storage and safety of this ATV. We paid this company $**** included tax for delivery in full. We received quote for missed parts from local parts supplier $******* +tax.

    We asked this company to delivery our ATV from their yard to our storage in Toronto after we purchased ATV 2024 ******* at insurance auction in December 16 2024. This company delivered this ATV Dec 20, 2024 to our storage. We found missed body parts for this ATV which should be delivered along ATV. We contacted this company via phone calls and email to claim this missed parts right away. The manager ****** ************ *** *** ****** **************************** She agreed and confirmed parts has been missed that they will check their yard for missed parts on their yard on Jan 2, 2025 after company come back from holidays. We contacted this company after Jan 2 to confirm that they found this parts and what is ETA for delivery. We have been told there is snow storm and rain there and they will find it on following week. We called them again and they said same story that they will find it on following week.
    This promise to find and deliver this parts is still continuing till today.
    We contacted ****** to request to settle this situation. We offered to compensate lost parts or buy new ones. They refused even return money for delivery ATV with missed parts of negligence of their workers
    She does not reply to our email and phone call anymore.
