    I called the business to provide a tire change service for my partner's car on Feb 13, 2023 (flat tire). According to the receipt, ** ****** **** was the individual who provided the service to replace the front passenger side tire. The winter tire was removed and a summer tire was installed as a temporary replacement. The worker was initially unable to remove the tire and called another individual who brought an impact wrench to remove the final lug nut and changed the tire. JS then used the same impact wrench to re-install the lug nuts. This is where the damage occurred. When we try to switch the tire later, we were informed by another tire change service that they were unable to remove the tire even with their pneumatic impact wrench in the shop, for all lug nuts previously tightened up by Cozy's tire change service. A mechanic was eventually able to remove the tire without damaging the rim, however, the total cost of parts and labour is nearly *** CAD. We then contacted Cozy's Towing starting March 6, 2023, for more than 11 times (by phone, in person and email) and provided them with all receipts and information. After 8 attempts, we finally reached out to General Manager Ashley by email and discussed that Cozy should at least pay for the labour required to remove the tire. Labour charges total was $*** * *** * *******. Having already received $****** as a refund we were asking for an additional $******. Ashley replied to the email on March 25 and said that she would authorize the funds to be paid back on March 27, 2023. However, we haven't received any payment after multiple unsuccessful follow-ups with Cozy's. After almost 1.5 months of attempts to reach out to the business, Cozy's finally told us the manager was fired and would like us to email their administration team again. We emailed and forwarded all information on May 8, 2023 and haven't heard back from the business since then. It has been about 4 months since we first contacted Cozy's for a settlement.

    On February 7, 2023 approximately 18:52 I called this towing company to wrench my car out from a parking spot at chippewa park and was charged with $**** They collected the credit card details and charged me with it. When the driver came, he totally refused to help us and told it is unsafe to take our vehicle out which was stuck in snow. The staff did not even show any effort to help or even tried to help. The condition were totally safe and there was no circumstance which would make it unsafe. When called about returning the money, they denied to give us all our money back and said they will deduct $***. The person who was responding to my complaint was extremely rude and unprofessional. **** ***** ***** ** * ***** ********* ** **** **** ********** **** ** ** ********* **** **** *** ****** ** *********  **** ********* ****** ** *** I just want my money back which they took and did not provide service
