    Norm ****** prepared 2024 income tax returns for myself, my son ******* ***** and my granddaughter ****** ******  I picked up the completed income tax returns (3) and paid the bill on April 28, 2025. Upon checking in my CRA account 2 weeks later I found out that Mr. ****** had not e-filed the returns as he has done so for several years in the past. I have contacted him almost daily to determine why he has not filed the returns and he has constantly provided different excuses and reasons for not filing including some that absolutely made no sense at all. I called Revenue Canada on 2 separate occasions and were advised that there is no problem with e-filing system and that perhaps it is Mr. ******'s computer issue. I have suggested to him to ask for help with his systems if he is unable to correct the problems. As of today, 36 days have pasted since I picked up the 3 completed returns paid the bill for all 3 returns and none of them have been e-filed. Due to Mr. ******'* delays, over and above my granddaughter and I not receiving our tax refunds, I am experiencing issues with renewing my government dental plan and receiving my last Climate Change Rebate. My son should also be receiving a Climate Change Rebate and my granddaughter is waiting for her refund and GST rebates. The refunds, Climate Change Rebates and GST rebates and the seniors dental renewal application, are also issued based on final Revenue Canada Notice of a 2024 Income Tax Assessment. In summary neither I ********* *****, my son ******* ***** and granddaughter ****** ***** have not been issued final Revenue Canada 2024 Assessment Notices due to Mr. ****** not filing the 2024 income tax returns by e-filing. Mr. ****** confirmed that his other clients (****** *******) are probably not aware of his failure to e-file their completed 2024 income tax forms. I feel that I paid the bill for all 3 returns in good faith but we have not received the final service (e-filing) by Mr. ******.
