    I work out of town. I stay here when i travel. Countless times i have put my meals in the mini fridge to have them kept cold, and countless times it has just frozen my food. I have dietary restrictions so this causes a lot of issues. Why it is not part of house keeping to check the temp pf the fridge is beyond me. And why people dont change the setting back is beyond me. I am beyond fed up this needs to stop. For a long while i checked everytime and reset the temp. Of course i forgot this trip and have no food now.

    They ************ charged my card, refused to refund my money when I showed them my bank statement. Manager completely ignored my complaint and refused to help.
