    Tim worked in my home . In past two months as jobs were not getting done , he wasn’t showing up I asked for deadline. Original deadline was 6 to 8 wks . Started Jan and now it’s end of April . He gave deadline of mid May I agreed upon . Again he stopped showing up . A week later I let him go with option to come up with realistic plan . That weekend gave me detailed outline of how job would be finished , hrs timelines to finish within , even had his uncle vouch for him . I trusted his word , for three days he had a couple guys here , progress beginning . Daily I reminded we agreed to finish bathroom first ( shower , lighting was first on list ) Wed he agreed to do it next day . Paid him ******* that day of a job that had already cost me ********** Quotes raised twice once work and tear down had already started .. on deadline day nothing done to shower , wall painted wrong colour trim upside down . painted trim on deck , worker tried to fix it with pressure asked him to stop as he was ruining deck. Tim said he’d stain deck He said he’d do shower Monday . No show again Monday .. wasn’t there til sometime after 5 . I got home he said he’d hadn’t been there till then I asked about shower said it could possibly done that week he was working on cabinet I said to do last .told him at that point project was over .told him I was separating my supplies and tools from his .he watched, said he’d move my trim over as it was stuck behind counter . He continued in bathroom but left within few minutes . Just before leaving I asked if he had keys or did any workers have keys ? He said he didn’t think so and left . We didn’t discuss supplies , his tools or anything about picking things up . Next day found out he'd come into house , had copied keys (weren’t in sight )he also had separate key for private entrance upstairs and things from upstairs were also gone cleared out all project things I’d paid for , his tools and mine. Said he took it all days before turned off hot water./dw
