    L.K from O’Shea construction sent me an invoice (*** ********) on Nov 29th for roof repair scheduled to be completed by around mid December. I have chats showing multiple promises which have not been delivered. LK started the job but hasn’t finished it yet. As a result of his negligence, there has been more damage done. I have pigeons living in my attic and the parts of the roof he removed just lying around the property for months. I had gotten my insulation redone in 2023 which is now blown out into my yard and my neighbors yard because of the incomplete repair. I need him to complete the work and do the required clean up and damage control at the very least at no extra charge.

    I am rejecting this response because: there has been no communication made by the business. The issue still remains unsolved. No progress has been made. The rain has been damaging my property more and more with the gutters and the eavesthrough removed.

    I acknowledge the receipt of this email and we would like to once again extend our most sincere apology to Tanya.

     

    If the desired resolution is sufficient we would absolutely love to finalize this project accompanied by the refund of the deposit as we had previously offered. 

     

    In essence clean up, repair, finalize the project at no charge to Tanya, the client

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as it is done in one week from now. I expect the work to be completed by July 10.
