    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the benefits associated with my Elite membership. According to your promotional materials, the Elite membership includes the following perks:

    Flash sales
    Exclusive and limited-edition Elite accessories
    50% off delivery fees at delivery-enabled locations
    Over 5000 retail & restaurant partner discounts via ********** **********
    A birthday bag on my special day with accessories and goodies (ON/MB/SK)
    Lower prices on Cabana Cannabis Co. cannabis and accessories every day (ON/MB/SK)
    Exclusive discounts at leading accessory retailers (ON/MB/SK)
    Special access to tours, events, and tickets (ON/MB/SK)

    Despite visiting your store several times to inquire about these benefits, I have not received the promised birthday bag. Furthermore, the employees on duty were unaware of the Elite membership benefits and could not provide any assistance.

    Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of my Elite membership fee.
