  In October 2022, we enrolled our son in their after-school program, enticed by promises of enhancing performing arts skills, self-esteem, confidence, commitment, and teamwork. Despite the initial investment of $1,384.25 for 35 sessions, our hopes were high.
  However, after just 4 sessions, our son strongly refused to continue due to an environment he described as "mean," "strict," and "stressful." These feelings were uncharacteristic for him, and he found the experience damaging to his self-esteem.
  Upon investigation, we discovered that questionable corrective techniques were being used, leading to public scolding and punitive actions for minor mistakes. These incidents had a lasting negative impact.
  When we sought a resolution, the company resisted our request for a partial refund and offered only a future session credit.
  In hindsight, we deeply regret not researching more thoroughly before enrolling our child.
  Our intention is to caution you about several aspects:
  * Locked-in Refund Policy: Be cautious of their strict refund policy, which can leave you financially committed beyond a certain date.
  * Payment Methods: They avoid credit card payments, making fee disputes difficult.
