    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I trust this communication finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding a recent purchase I made from Tavazo. The transaction details are as follows:
    • Date of transaction: December 15, 2023
    • Amount paid: $175
    • Items expected: Pistachios (Saffron Roasted), ***** Wafer with Orange flavor, **** Walnut Cookies, **** Coconut Cookies, ***** *** Flat (Saedinia), ***** ****** Creme Biscuit Orange Flavor, ******* *** (Pieces 42% Pistachio), Double Twisted Dried Apricots (**********), 1 pound of ****** sour fruit candy (advertised for purchases over $150).
    • The nature of the dispute: The nature of the dispute stems from the non-fulfillment of Tavazo's commitment to provide the 1-pound ****** Sour Fruit Candy. Despite multiple reminders during the purchase process, utilization of the "******" code as instructed in their advertisement, and subsequent confirmation emails, the promised item was not included in my order.
    • Whether the business has tried to resolve the problem: Upon raising the issue with Tavazo, their response was unsatisfactory. They cited high shipping costs and suggested delivering the missing item with my next order, essentially requiring me to bear the cost for their oversight. I find this proposed resolution unacceptable, especially considering the uncertainty of my future purchases and the potential lapse in product availability. Tavazo's practice of offering compensation on future shipments, as conveyed by their manager, is not a satisfactory resolution, particularly when the promised item was a crucial part of the current order.
