            ***** insurance failed to process my monthly Insurance payment after giving them my new credit card information prior to the due date of the monthly payment which has caused my insurance to increase from approx. $950 annually to $4500 annually with CAA insurance due to having a cancelation for non payment on my record.             ***** ***** **** * ***** ** * *****. Had my policy with them for about 4 to 5 years…called up one day to add another vehicle to my policy, was asked for my phone number , they said they couldn’t find it in the system, offered up other info for them to check for, was told they can’t do it any other way. Decided to call back next day and get someone **** *********. He found me right away, but then tells me I don’t have a policy with them anymore ???? He says it had been cancelled and that they could rewrite the policy but I would start back at 0 star rating! I asked who cancelled the policy, cause it certainly wasn’t me, couldn’t tell me, they said they sent a letter, never received anything, no email, no phone call and no ******* letter. ******* ** * *****
