    Horrible service. I purchased an **** *** *, 256gb from this company on March 6, 2025.

    Today is May 20, 2025. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM.

    I paid for the shipping on the item. It was to be shipped and received by me within 10 days. It wasn’t received in the time. I contacted the company about the 15th of March. I was advised that it had been shipped and given a ****** **** shipping number.

    I contacted ****** - apparently the customer service manager on
    March 19th. She advised me that they would put a trace on the post office.

    I have asked for answers from ***** a number of times since. No satisfaction.

    My investigation with the Post Office advised me that the post office number that I was given is one that the shipping label device that prints a “stamp”. The actual tracking number is provided by the PO when they receive it at the originating end. The Post Office has no record of receiving the parcel at that end. There is no record of it being in transit. There is no record of a delivery.

    This number was never provided by the ****** **** Office since they never received it.

    My last message to ***** * at ******@***************.ca on April 15 has not been replied to.

    The item is still available for purchase on their website. Search “****”.

    I find that disrespectful, irresponsible and astounding that the company considers this customer service.

    I also consider it highly dishonest.

    I would not purchase from them again.

    Ordered and paid for an ** ******* *** laptop on August 9, 2024. After many emails finally received package on August 27, 2024. In the box was a **** laptop with my invoice showing the description of what I actually ordered. Due to needing a laptop for an online course that started September 12, 2024, I ordered a laptop from another company and received it within two days. I have requested 3 times for a return slip from Refurbish Canada but have not had any reply. I have emailed a person named ***** in sales and she said she would get to the issue so I could process an exchange. This email from ***** was on September 13, 2024. My return email was on Saturday, September 14, 2024. I told her I wanted a full refund as I already purchased another laptop and to please make Refurbish Canada aware of this.

    I ordered a ****** ******** **** from Refurbish Canada. I called and emailed as there was no notification that it was shipped after my payment was processed. I waited and they hadn't replied so I called and emailed but to still no reply.

    I've cancelled my order via email and have asked to be refunded. I'm still waiting for the refund.

    I purchased a laptop from refurbished Canada November 5th 2022 it was a ******** ***** then they sent me the wrong laptop which is a ******** **** *** which I didn't want I returned it they have it in their warehouse then 4 Weeks later I spoke to one of the representative by email instructing me that the laptop did not meet or fit the criteria to be sold. So then I asked for a refund all emails have been gone on answered. * *** ** **** ******** ** ** * ********** **** **** ******* **** **** ** * ********** ****** ** *** ****** **** * **** **** *** **** *** ***** ** ******* **** ******* ***** *** ***** **** **** ********** *** **** **** * ***** **** ** ******* **** ** *** * ******* ***** **** **** ***** ** ** ********* ** *** I looked into my bank account and the and refurbished Canada has attempted to reclaim their money.
