    Owner - ***** provided a on site quote for window cleaning in / out / screens and tracks.$350 + hst - then sent an invoice with an additional charge of $200 - for additional work - sliding a screen door on the tracks and scraping paint overspray off some windows - that was never noticeable to me or ***** on his on site evaluation. Seems excessive. No one made an attempt to contact me prior to ask my permission for additional work at an extra charge. I arrived home and the boys were just about finished , the one guy had a razor blade in his hand and said it works well for grime and paint overspray. I am super reasonable and would be ok with a conversation about this and cost. But when I called the office ****** the secretary was extremely rude and dismissive and referred to my place as post construction state, appalled by this over tech and price gauging without a conversation. I called twice to speak with the owner - she said she will do her best to let him know. Extremely unprofessional- I would expect a call back a conversation.
