    I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Marlor Maki Property Management. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, their communication has been consistently poor. I've reached out countless times regarding critical maintenance issues in my unit, including how they admitted our windows were not properly installed causing moisture and mold to continuously accumulate affecting the health of my family. My family's health has significantly declined since moving in to the units managed by this company. They also allow a Drug addict to stay here shooting up in the yard in front of all the children AFTER she set fire to her unit causing over 200k in damages. The lack of attention to these problems has led to our living situation to be unbearable. Furthermore, their negligence in maintaining the property is a clear breach of our lease agreement. on the few occasions i managed to speak with someone, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Dealing with ****** **** has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking responsible and responsive property management.
