  On August 19, 2024 we had a discussion with the owner **** ******** to remove the old pave from the driveway, put a layer of gravel and replace the pavement with parking lot pavement for a fee of $ ********. They put a very slim layer of gravel at the beginning of the driveway, not even to the end, no gravel packed at the end of the driveway, by the curve. When I questioned this he said it was not necessary. We followed his instructions to water the driveway a few times per day for the next few days. Once completed when it rained we had 2 puddles in front of the garage. I confronted him personally when he was still in the area. He sent two workers to repair the pave in that area, the work was done when we were away. The issue is worse than before they flattened the pavement very thin in that area which causes a bigger problem when it rains or the snow melted. The pavement he put in the driveway is not parking lot pavement it is very poor quality, very soft and spongy. Example, a vehicle turns its wheels to back out it leaves marks, used ladder in the driveway leaves holes, use **** to change tires more holes. The driveway is full of marks and holes, this will cause the water to seep in and when it freezes it will crack. I attempted to call the contractor **** several times left messages on his machine and with the receptionist asking him to call me back and did not respond.   I was given a Referral for Driveway paving from a dear Friend ***** ******** **** ******** the owner of the said business Came and Did the Job But after a Few rain falls I noticed Pooling In front of my Door I feel that the Job was not Graded Properly For drainage I have called and asked him to Come fix it as winter is coming and I do-not want ice Build up . He has said he will come look at it. With many phone calls and Texts he has Not got back to me after saying he will come Look . Im not Happy I have taken many pictures and I want something done before it gets to cold I paid him and H will not return to fix my Issue . I have contacted other Paving companies and they all say it needs to be tampered or Rectified .
