We contacted this business to install our new Starlink equipment and a point to point internet system to service an outbuilding. Charge for the Starlink install was $300 plus HST. He required half up front to book the install so we E-Transfered $169.50 to him on December 22, 2021. Original install date was December 30, 2021 but the Starlink equipment did not come in on time so we were rescheduled to January 10, 2022. They came on the 10th and put up the starlink dish and ran the cable into the house. The system was plugged in and operational. The cable was just left laying on the ground and he promised to secure it properly when he returned to install the point to point system. He excuse was that it was cold outside and the cable covering would be brittle and they might crack it. He asked me to pay the balance of the Starlink install and to pay for the cost of the two point to point antennae's. I paid him the balance of the Starlink Install fee of $169.50 and an additional $259.90 for the point to point equipment he had to order. In good faith a total of $449.40 was E-transfered to cover the cost outlined above. He has not returned and completed the work. Many appointments were booked and they were a no show with many different excuses (medical, covid, truck issues twice). They did show up one day but decided there was too much snow to install the cables so left without doing any work. Again promises and visits booked and as late as last Friday another appointment was missed with no explanation. I have just recently looked online and have seen other reviews very similar to mine where money is required up front to book work and he never shows up the complete the work. I am looking for a full refund so I can find a reliable contractor to come in and complete Starlink install and put in our point to point system. **** ****** is the sole proprietor that I have been dealing with for this install
