    This woman, **** has my hair extensions (that I purchased) and will not return them or even speak to me. She runs a business out of her home called "Luxelocks by Lisa". I had set up an appointment to have hair extensions put in (I've been going to this lady for over a year). I dropped off one pack of extensions I purchased for $33 to be put in. As well as the extensions I purchased from her for $880 ($438 black ones and $442 red ones) to be put in at appointment on June 26, 2023. paid for black extensions on April 11, 2023 e-transfer paid for red extensions May 24, 2023 by e-transfer. confirmed receipt of both transfers.All of my extensions were to arrive by middle of June 2023, had an appointment set for June 26, 2023 to put them in. When I arrived at appointment she informed me not all extensions had arrived (all black had arrived but not all red). Instead of putting these new extensions in she moved up existing ones and told me once remaining extensions arrived (within 2 weeks, as she stated they were held ** in customs) she would let me know and would schedule me to have them installed asap. paid her in advance for the June appointment for extension installations but since they were not in on time she advised that when they did arrive the next appointment to install was already paid for. total cost for the installation was $175, e-transferred $150 on June 25, 2023 I had $25 remaining on a gift certificate.Last day I heard from her was at appointment on June 26, 2023. I have tried over 10 times to contact between June 27, 2023 and September 4, 2023. Looking for updates on extensions arriving or to collect the ones that she had received. I tried through text, ********* instagram. She has not responded to a single message.I would like to receive my money back for the products and services that were not provided.
