    Sept 9th 2023 I entered the store to 2 employees. One greeted me while other was busying himself with dishes veggies come in.He sneezed all over ungloved hands and continued manipulating containers without washing hands.I ordered 2 chicken bacon wraps. The bacon was put on tray to heat up while we moved on to toppings. After wraps were topped...I asked for sauces on the side and proceeded to take out my coupon and tear it from flyer. I was told the computer wasnt accepting coupons. We tried a couple of times and I was told I would just have to use it next time. I said i would try to use it in online order to bypass the actual transaction at the store. I stepped out of line for at least 5 minutes trying. The coupon was NOT able to be used online. She tried coupon again. It worked. I asked for corporate information so I could ask why coupons were an issue and was told they dont have contact information.I left.When I got home I noticed sauces were not there. I opened both wraps to notice there was no bacon on either wrap.I wrote a bad review with same information I'm telling you and owner (*************************) contacted me asking about bad review...not to resolve issue. I tried to write company again and was ignored. I replied to owners email saying I want compensation and was ignored. I'm hoping you can get some resolution for this. This is not first time the workers have made mistakes on my orders. It's a lot of the time. I usually let things go but being ignored is not right.Please help
